When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note, due to the handmade nature of most of our products its possible they may vary slightly from the photo or have slight imperfections. However, if an item does arrive damaged this must be reported immediately to ensure proper handling. Please email a picture of the item and your contact to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone from our team will be in contact asap.
We will accept returns and exchanges on all items that have not been worn, altered, or damaged and with all original tags and/or packaging included. Exchanges and returns must accepted by mail within 21 days of receipt of purchase. To process a return, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
To exchange an item, simply purchase the item you are wanting in a new order (before it sells out) and follow the return process. All unwanted items must be received within the 21-day window, no exceptions will be made.
Please note we do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges.
Please allow us time to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days) before inquiring about your refund status.
